Rates and Reservations:
From June 6th through the 13th, the conference rate is $122 per night + taxes for both single and double rooms.
The hotel reservation deadline for conference rates is May 7th.

When making reservations, refer to ACM to get the special conference rate.

Transportation and Directions:
Shuttle Service:
Shuttle service from Tucson International Airport to the hotel is available through Arizona Stagecoach.
The fare for 1 person is $45 one way, or $80 round trip.
Reduced fare is available for additional people in the same group.
Reservations can be made at 520-889-1000.

Taxi:
Taxi service from Tucson International Airport is provided by AAA Airport Taxi [520-207-4790], Allstate Cab [520-881-2227], and Yellow Cab [520-624-6611].
Rates are $4.50 flag drop, $2.00 each mile, and $22.00 per hour waiting time. There is no extra charge for baggage or more than one person going to the same location.
Approximate mileage from the airport to the hotel is 21 miles, so the approximate fare is $47 one way.
